AIRA reorganises his directive to approach more to his partners

The directors of area of production, Jesús Bardelás, and of the financial department of the Cooperative, Javier Barandela, assume jointly the direction of the entity after the exit of Cándido Cancelo

 

The Council Rector of AIRA bets by this change for reinforcing the values of the cooperativismo and strengthen the Committee of direction of the entity

 

The cooperative AIRA announced today the implantation of a model of conjoint direction after the exit of his general director, Cándido Cancel. From this moment, Jesús Bardelás, director of the area of production, and Javier Barandela, manager of the financial department, will assume of way shared the direction of the entity.

 

This decision answers to the will of the Council Rector to reinforce the managerial structure of the Cooperative, betting by a more next leadership to the people partners and by a greater internal coordination between the distinct strategic areas. The new model pretends also strengthen the paper of the Committee of Direction and favour a taking of decisions more agile.

 

So much Jesús Bardelás like Javier Barandela have a wide professional path inside the Cooperative and a deep knowledge of his operation, what guarantees the continuity of the business project and of the values that define to AIRA.

 

From the Council Rector appreciated also the work developed by Cándido Cancel during the last year at the head of the General Direction of the cooperative, responsibility that had assumed after the retirement of Daniel Ferreiro, standing out his contribution to the development and to the consolidation of the project of AIRA in this stage.
 

“The Cooperative initiates a new phase oriented to consolidate his cooperative model and to reinforce the vicinity with the people partners”, it signalled José Ramón Mouse, president of AIRA. “So much Jesús Bardelás like Javier Barandela have a long professional path linked to AIRA and to the cooperatives of origin of this. Both know in depth the values, the form to work and the needs of the sector. His experience, commitment and knowledge of the organisation are a guarantee of continuity, stability and future for the entity”, it values the president of AIRA.

 
With this new stage, AIRA reaffirms his commitment with his 3.000 partners and partners, with the continuous improvement of the management and with the strengthening of his cooperative model.
