Conservation
Whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk: Keep chilled (2–4 °C). Once opened, consume within 3 days.
Concentrated milk and 1000-litre BBOX packs: Keep chilled (2–4 °C). Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
Shelf life:
Whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk: 15 days.
Concentrated milk: 10 days.
