Skimmed milk concentrate is produced by evaporating and/or filtering liquid skimmed milk. The result is a thicker liquid with a viscous texture and a very distinctive aroma and flavour. A product with excellent flavour and properties that guarantees the highest quality. Our range includes the following options:
